The registration fee covers conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, and the icebreaker event.

Registration
Participation from LDC
  • If you wish to participate as the category of LDC, the N2026 Secretariat will send you the necessary documents for the VISA application, so please contact the secretariat via email after paying for the registration.
  • A copy of your passport is required to issue the necessary documents. Please be sure to set password to the copy of your passport when you send it to the N2026 Secretariat.
  • If you do not need any document regarding VISA application from Japan side, please contact us including the reason.
  • If you do not follow the instructions above, including contact to the secretary, payment of the registration fee, and submission of a copy of your passport, before the registration deadline, we will cancel your registration.
  • To allow enough time for visa preparation, the LDC registration deadline is set earlier on September 16, 2026. This measure is intended to support a smooth application process.
Student registration
  • All students are required to submit their student ID with uploading on the registration site.
  • You can register as a student as long as you are a student when you complete the registration. You will be accepted as a student even if you have been graduated on the day of the conference.
Excursion

Post-conference excursions are planned for November 7, 2026. Participants will be able to register for each course individually. Further details will be announced in due course as arrangements are finalized.
